The staff were wonderful, the room was big and spacious, water pressure was good and the location was fantastic with security available outside the premises around the clock. As the hotel is part of a larger complex, there are cafes and restaurants within the same building too. Reception staff went above and beyond every single time I asked for support with anything. They even surprised me with a cake for my birthday! Great experience, highly recommended!

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome. The staff at the front desk were polite, friendly, and made check-in super quick. The hotel’s interior design is modern but also cozy, with a nice, relaxing vibe. My room was spotless, and the bed was really comfortable—I had a great night’s sleep. Service was fast and efficient, whether it was room service or just small requests. Everyone working there was professional but also warm and helpful. Overall, it was a really pleasant stay, and I’d definitely come back!

Radisson Blu Beirut Verdun is a truly beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff are all incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the service throughout the hotel was flawless. The reception team was always ready to assist with anything I needed — polite, attentive, and efficient. I genuinely enjoyed my stay and would happily return again. Highly recommended!

everything was excellent I would especially like to highlight the outstanding performance and attitude of Mr. Fouad in the front desk. he was so welcoming, attentive, and willing to go above and beyond and this is truly set the tone for a memorable stay. he wasn't only efficient and knowledgeable but also showed genuine hospitality that made me feel both valued and comfortable throughout my visit.

Modern facilities right in the center of Verdun with ABC mall right. DDT to you and bar terrine right at the ground floor. The staff as exemplary in their customer service, I got an upgrade to a junior suite and everyone’s was always so welcoming and accommodating to anything I asked. I even got a check-out extension, and the breakfast staff was the kindest too! ( a special thank you Nader, Chahan, Hilal and Mohammed!) I would definitely be back, my favorite hotel in Beirut!

The hotel was very well-maintained and perfect for business needs. The meeting rooms were professional and fully equipped. The WiFi was fast and stable, which made it easy to work and attend meetings online. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Also, the breakfast was delicious and varied a great way to start the day.

Being Lebanese of origin, I am fully aware of the crisis the country is going through. Despite this fact, the staff were all extremely nice, generous, helpful and positive. This is a part of Lebanese culture, but to see this even more during my stay was amazing and relaxing.

This is the second year in a row I stay in the hotel during my birthday. The staff were so friendly and sweet as they have sent a cake and passed their regards. The staff always checked on us on daily basis if we are comfortable, satisfied or need anything. Ms. Sawsan checked on us daily and made our stay pleasant and very comfy. very nice lady always made us feel welcome. Mr. Nader also facilitated our checkout and helped us rapidly to finalize some pending items. The location of the hotel is very great just opposite ABC mall. The area is secure and safe.
